We are certified organic to hand sort, roast and box organic nuts.

HAND SORTING. The sorting is done on stainless sort belts.

​ROASTING. We dry roast in small batches with or without sea salt.

​

BOXING. We vacuum pack with a nitrogen flush in 25 lb cases.

After boxing,​ every case is run through a metal-detector and placed on a pallet.
